- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
4. Customer Responsibilities

- Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time.
- Secure valuables, as Truecare Cleaners is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items unless proven to be caused by our staff’s negligence.

- We do not perform heavy lifting, pest control, or hazardous waste disposal.
- Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
