3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by Customers:
    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time will be eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations by Truecare Cleaners:
    • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information about the cleaning location, service requirements, and any specific instructions.
  • Ensure the property is accessible at the agreed time.
  • Secure valuables, as Truecare Cleaners is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items unless proven to be caused by our staff’s negligence.

5. Service Limitations

  • We do not perform heavy lifting, pest control, or hazardous waste disposal.
  • Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.

6. Liability

  • Truecare Cleaners will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during the service. However, we are not liable for:
    • Normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage.
    • Loss or damage resulting from the use of customer-provided cleaning products or tools.
  • Our total liability for damages will not exceed the cost of the service provided.
